Whilst the business has enjoyed great success through word of mouth and an exceptional reputation, expansion plans and an appetite for growth brought the founders to BRANDiT to steward their journey.

This meant that we needed to deep dive into their business and look for opportunities and how to best structure them for the market and identify new niches for the business.
A brand refresh was necessary, and a shiny new website was built from scratch. The brand experience needed to be joyful to reflect the spirit of Your Hart2Hart’s work and philosophy, so we designed a suite of custom visual brand elements to be used across the new website and all other brand communications.
Behind the scenes, it was also vital that we streamlined as much of the bookings and enquiries process as possible to ensure Your Hart2Hart were able to scale seamlessly, so we built them a solid digital backend infrastructure to accommodate. Once the website was live we performed SEO to ensure a high page rank, set up and managed Google Ads to drive traffic, and used Facebook Ads for retargeting.
Meanwhile, our Public Relations department developed a partnerships strategy, pitch deck, and several advantageous new B2B relationships.
