WES.jobs, also known as WorkPac Employment Services, operate as a Workforce Australia Provider for the greater Mackay and Brisbane (South-East) regions together with their specialist Indigenous provider JobTrail. Driven by a passion to #unlockpotential and pave the way to a better future, WES.jobs support job seekers by providing them with the right tools, skills and knowledge to enter the workforce and find meaningful employment. At the same time, they offer employers the opportunity to build a stronger and better workforce by matching the skills, knowledge and experiences of individual job seekers with the unique needs of an organisation or region.
After winning two regions to be an employment service provider in the NESM contract, the WorkPac Group came to BRANDiT to help in the creation and launch of an entirely new brand to deliver this contract. We had a 13-week time frame to create and execute all elements of the project, not only following the clients’ goals but also working to align to the Governments new Workforce Australia rebrand.
Being an authorised Workforce Australia (previously JobActive) provider, we had to follow pre-established government criteria when designing and building the new brand. We came up with a creative way to bring an exciting and unique brand with a personality that appeals to the target market whilst also ensuring it was compliant with DESE rules and guidelines. Doing this was no easy task but it’s safe to say we are loving the final outcome!
Being an authorised Workforce Australia (previously JobActive) provider, we had to follow pre-established government criteria when designing, building and writing the content for this website. As such, we had to come up with a creative way to make a unique website that presents information in a captivating way to engage users whilst also ensuring it was compliant with DESE rules and guidelines.
We created a number of elements including letterheads, email signitures, business cards as well as report, document and presentation templates, all which reflect the WES.jobs brand and align with the core of their business.
We designed eye-catching banners, a-frames and office signage which foster brand awareness and draw attention by catching the eye of potential customers and clients as they walk by.
