The Taphouse is an old English style pub located in Darlinghurst, Sydney, back with years of history and a passionate team, delivering exceptional service. Located just in walking distance of the new Allianz Stadium at Moore Park, The Taphouse is a local favourite to many, and a hidden gem.

 

With three unique levels of the pub, each offering something different. With the top level of The Taphouse, being their very own rooftop bar, Elm. Loved by all due to its magnificent view, range of cocktails, seltzers, wine and more. Elm offers something a bit different from the lower levels, but each are as unique as the next.

 

But it doesn’t end there: The Taphouse is one of the few venues in Sydney that are dog-friendly. So after a walk in the park, take your best friend to the pub and sip on a cold beer while they try out the available dog bites.

THE REFRESH

At BRANDiT, we understand that a brand’s identity is more than just a logo – it’s a comprehensive representation of who they are and what they stand for. That’s why we took a holistic approach to The Taphouse’s brand refresh, ensuring that every aspect of their brand – from their logo to their website – worked together seamlessly to create a cohesive and eye-catching identity.

When it came to the logo, we wanted to build upon The Taphouse’s existing brand recognition while still giving it a fresh and updated look. Incorporating greens, cola-brown, and Akaroa colors, with traditional English fonts, we were able to create a sophisticated and modern brand that still felt true to The Taphouse’s roots.

With the website, our focus was on creating a user-friendly experience that would make it easy for customers to engage with The Taphouse online. We wanted to highlight their unique offerings, including their dog-friendly atmosphere, craft beer selection, and function capabilities, so we designed the site with these features prominently displayed.
